Any competitions or promotions run by Bountiful (Bounty Educational Services Limited) are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you’re providing your information to Bountiful, not to Facebook or Instagram.

Participation in any competition hosted on bountifulpacks.co.nz or via Bountiful’s social channels is deemed acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions:

• The Promoter is Bounty Educational Services Limited, trading as Bountiful.
• Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
• Exclusions: Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
• Promotion Period: Each competition will run for the timeframe specified on the relevant competition page or post.
• Prize details will be clearly outlined in the competition description.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.
• Invalid entries (including incomplete, illegible, late, or inappropriate content) may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
• Any costs associated with entering (e.g. data charges) are the responsibility of the entrant.
• Winners will be randomly selected using an impartial random picker tool within 7 days of the competition closing.

Bountiful App Beta Testing – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 2025

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the beta testing of the Bountiful app. By downloading and using the beta version of the app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• The Bountiful app, including all features, content, and designs, is the intellectual property of Bountiful NZ.
• You agree not to share screenshots, recordings, or any details about the app with anyone outside the beta testing group.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

2. Purpose of Beta Testing

• The beta version is made available for the purpose of testing and providing feedback only.
• Features may not work as intended, and errors or bugs are expected.
• Feedback you provide may be used by Bountiful to improve the app without obligation to you.

3. Feedback & Communication

• You agree to provide honest, constructive feedback within the 5-day beta testing period.
• Feedback can be provided through the channels advised by the Bountiful team (e.g. email, survey, or in-app reporting).
• Positive feedback may be used by Bountiful NZ in marketing, promotional, or other materials at our sole discretion, without compensation.

4. No Compensation

• Participation in the beta testing program is voluntary and unpaid.
• No wages, compensation, or reimbursement of expenses will be provided for your time, feedback, or participation.

5. Data & Privacy

• During beta testing, the app may collect limited information such as crash reports, performance data, and basic usage statistics.
• This information will be used only for the purpose of improving the app.
• No personal data will be collected, stored, or shared for marketing purposes during the beta testing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The beta version is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
• Bountiful NZ takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe app experience, but we cannot guarantee the beta version will be free from defects, errors, or harmful code that could affect your device.
• You install and use the beta version at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bountiful NZ will not be responsible for any loss or damage (including data loss, device issues, or indirect damages) arising from your use of the beta version.

8. Termination

• Bountiful NZ reserves the right to end the beta testing program or your participation at any time, for any reason.
• You may withdraw from the program at any time by deleting the beta app from your device.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Bountiful App Giveaway – Cover Feature & Photoshoot

Promotion period:
This giveaway runs from 12th November to 20th November 2025. Entries close at 11:59pm NZDT on 20th November 2025.

How to enter:
To enter, simply download or update the Bountiful App within the promotion period. All eligible users who do so will automatically go in the draw.

Prize details:

• One winner will receive a professional photoshoot organised and paid for by Bountiful.

• The winner will receive all edited photos from the shoot for personal use.

• The winner will also have the opportunity to be featured on the cover of one of Bountiful’s 2026 print editions(final placement will be determined by Bountiful).

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Selection & notification:

• The winner will be drawn at random by the Bountiful team within 5 working days of the competition closing.

• The winner will be contacted directly via the email address associated with their Bountiful App account.

• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Eligibility:

• Open to New Zealand residents only.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent if under 18).

• Employees of Bountiful and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Photoshoot & cover use:

• The photoshoot will take place at a time and location agreed upon by Bountiful and the winner.

• Bountiful will book and pay the photographer directly.

• The winner will receive all edited images for personal use.

• By participating, the winner agrees to grant Bountiful the right to use their name, image, and photos for promotional purposes across Bountiful’s channels (print, digital, and social media) without additional compensation.
