At Bountiful, we’re here to support your parenting journey every step of the way. Founded on the legacy of Bounty, a trusted name in New Zealand for over 30 years, we are proud to continue providing reliable, educational resources to parents across the country.

Bountiful currently produces two essential educational resources: Your Pregnancy and Your Baby. These guides are included in sampling packs, which you’ll receive automatically from a health professional at specific times during pregnancy and at the birth of your child. Our resources are completely free for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and parents, ensuring that everyone has access to trustworthy, practical advice when they need it most.

As an organization, we work closely with health professionals and government departments, including the Ministry of Health and the Ministry for Primary Industries, to ensure that our information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with national standards. Bountiful is dedicated to providing resources that align with relevant codes, such as the WHO Code, and meet New Zealand’s standards for healthcare, entitlements, and advice.

Meet Our Director: Kasmira Banks-Johns

Kasmira (Kaz) brings a deep passion for supporting parents, especially those facing challenges during pregnancy. After undergoing IVF to bring her daughter into the world, Kaz experienced a difficult journey with hyperemesis gravidarum (HG). This experience reinforced her commitment to ensuring that every parent feels informed, supported, and cared for.

As the granddaughter of Anne Barnett (QSM), founder of Bounty, Kaz is proud to carry forward the family legacy through Bountiful New Zealand. With a fresh perspective and dedication to quality, she blends tradition with modern, evidence-based support to meet the needs of today’s families, helping parents navigate their unique journeys with confidence.
